- In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
(Don’t over-whip — soft and fluffy is perfect.)
2️⃣ Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Gently fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream.
- Add vanilla + pinch of salt.
- Mix slowly so the mixture stays airy and creamy.
3️⃣ Freeze
- Pour into a container.
- Cover well.
- Freeze at least 6 hours (overnight is best).
4️⃣ Scoop and Enjoy!
