Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix flour + yeast + salt.
  2. Add warm water; stir into a sticky dough.
  3. Cover and rest 8–12 hours.
  4. Shape into a ball; rest 30 min.
  5. Preheat Dutch oven at 230°C / 450°F.
  6. Place dough in pot (on parchment).
  7. Bake 30 min covered, then 10–15 min uncovered.
  8. Cool before slicing.
