1. Cook the pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Reserve ΒΌ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Make the garlic butter
In a large pan:
- Add butter + olive oil
- Melt over medium heat
- Add minced garlic and sautΓ© 30β60 seconds until fragrant
(donβt let it burn!)
3. Add pasta
- Add cooked pasta to the garlic butter.
- Toss well to coat.
4. Add Parmesan
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the noodles.
- Add a splash of pasta water to help it melt into a silky sauce.
- Toss until creamy.
5. Season
- Add salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- Add chili flakes if you like a kick!
