
π₯ INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook pasta
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente.
Reserve Β½ cup pasta water.
2. Season & cook chicken
Season chicken with:
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
Lightly coat in flour (optional).
Heat oil + butter in skillet.
Cook chicken 4β5 min per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
3. Make Alfredo sauce
In same skillet:
- melt butter
- sautΓ© garlic 1 minute
Pour in heavy cream.
Simmer gently 3β4 minutes.
Add parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
If too thick: add a splash of pasta water.
If too thin: simmer longer.
4. Combine
Add cooked pasta to sauce.
Toss gently to coat.
Slice the chicken and place on top, or mix in.
5. Finish
Add:
- extra parmesan
- fresh parsley
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Serve HOT and creamy!
