Instructions:
- Assemble the quesadilla:
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over it.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese across the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices in a single layer.
- Sprinkle a pinch of oregano or Italian seasoning if desired.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook:
- Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, or until golden and crisp.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes.
- Optional: Sprinkle the outside with Parmesan as it cooks for extra flavor.
- Cool & slice:
- Let it cool for 1 minute, then slice into wedges.
- Serve with:
- Extra pizza sauce or marinara for dipping
- Ranch, garlic butter, or hot honey for fun twists

- Add sliced olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers for a supreme version.
- Use a mix of mozzarella and cheddar for more flavor.
- Swap pepperoni for cooked sausage, ham, or veggies.
