🍕🧀 Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Quesadillas

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the quesadilla:
    • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
    • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over it.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese across the sauce.
    • Add pepperoni slices in a single layer.
    • Sprinkle a pinch of oregano or Italian seasoning if desired.
    • Top with the second tortilla.
  2. Cook:
    • Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, or until golden and crisp.
    • Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes.
    • Optional: Sprinkle the outside with Parmesan as it cooks for extra flavor.
  3. Cool & slice:
    • Let it cool for 1 minute, then slice into wedges.
  4. Serve with:
    • Extra pizza sauce or marinara for dipping
    • Ranch, garlic butter, or hot honey for fun twists
