
Instructions:
- Cook the tots
- Bake tater tots according to package instructions until super crispy. (Air fryer works great too!)
- Make mini burgers
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 12 tiny patties (about the size of 2 tater tots).
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat 2β3 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Melt cheese
- Place a cheese quarter on each mini burger patty. Cover pan until melted.
- Assemble
- On a toothpick/skewer: 1 crispy tot β mini cheeseburger patty β pickle slice β another tot.
- Press gently to hold together.
- Serve
- Drizzle or dip with ketchup & mustard.
