
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Apples
- Peel and core the apples, then slice them into rings about ½ inch thick. 🍏
- Sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent browning. 🍋
2️⃣ Make the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add milk, flour, salt, and vanilla extract, and mix until you get a smooth, pancake-like batter.
3️⃣ Coat & Fry
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 175°C (350°F).
- Dip each apple ring into the batter, coating it evenly. 🍎
- Fry until golden brown (about 2 minutes per side).
- Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- Dust with powdered sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. ❄✨
- Serve warm with honey, fruit jam, or whipped cream. 🍯🍓
