Ingredients:
Cake:
- 3 egg whites
- 70 ml oil
- 70 ml water
- 140 g sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- ¼ pack baking powder
Custard Layer:
- 2 packs vanilla pudding powder
- 60 g sugar
- 500 ml apple juice
- 3 tart apples, peeled and chopped
Topping:
- 500 ml whipped cream
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Cake:
- Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar.
- Mix egg yolks with oil and water, then fold into egg whites.
- Sift flour with baking powder and fold gently into the batter.
- Pour into a greased baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Prepare the Custard:
- Cook pudding powder with sugar and apple juice until thick.
- Fold in chopped apples. Let it cool slightly.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
- Spread apple custard over the cooled cake.
- Top with whipped cream and smooth evenly.
