
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal, grated apples, eggs, yogurt, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Add raisins or nuts if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping them lightly into rounds or mini patties.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they’re set and golden on the edges.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy warm—no syrup needed!
These bites are soft, chewy, full of apple goodness, and totally different from pancakes. Perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack!
