1️⃣ Make the Crust
Mix crushed biscuits + melted butter + sugar.
Press into the bottom of an 8×8” dish.
Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2️⃣ Whip the Cream
Beat heavy cream until fluffy and forms peaks.
Set aside.
3️⃣ Make Pineapple Cream
Beat cream cheese + powdered sugar + vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream gently.
Stir in the drained pineapple.
4️⃣ Assemble
Spread pineapple cream evenly over the crust.
5️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
(Overnight = even better!)
6️⃣ Serve
Add whipped cream + pineapple chunks & enjoy 😋🍍
