  • 300 g (30 dkg) semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 300–350 ml milk (as much as it absorbs)
  • 70 g (7 dkg) raisins
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powdered sugar (for topping)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil (for frying)

In a bowl, mix semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and lemon zest.
Add the eggs and gradually pour in the milk while mixing.
Stir in the raisins.

Let it rest for 15–20 minutes so the semolina can absorb the milk.
