- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whole milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour an 8×8-inch baking dish (or similar). - Make the Batter:
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar for about 3–4 minutes until thick and pale.
- Add vanilla, milk, and melted butter. Mix gently.
- Fold in the dry ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes. - Add the Creamy Milk Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla.
Poke small holes all over the cake using a fork or skewer.
Slowly pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake. Let it soak for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge. - Top & Serve:
Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Spread evenly over the chilled cake.
