
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½–¾ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add eggs and ½ cup water.
- Stir until a soft, sticky batter forms. Add more water if needed.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Using a spaetzle maker or spoon, drop small portions of dough into boiling water.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until noodles float to the surface.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
Serve immediately with Chicken Paprikash, stews, or toss with butter.
