  • 4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Hungarian paprika (sweet)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional, but amazing)
  • 1–1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional but traditional)
  • 50–100 ml cold water
  • Natural sausage casings
