
Instructions
1. Make the dough
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
- Rub in cold butter until crumbly.
- Add egg, sour cream, vanilla → knead into a soft dough.
- Divide into two equal parts.
- Roll each part into a rectangle to fit your baking tray.
2. Prepare the filling
- Halve or slice plums.
- Mix with sugar + cinnamon.
- Sprinkle semolina/breadcrumbs on the bottom dough layer.
3. Assemble
- Place first rolled dough sheet into the baking tray.
- Add plums evenly.
- Cover with the second dough sheet.
- Prick the top with a fork.
4. Bake
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35–40 minutes,
until lightly golden.
5. Finish
Cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Cut into squares.
