Ahh yes, Ashley! 🥞ðŸ‡ðŸ‡º Palacsinta are one of the most beloved Hungarian treats — thin, crêpe-like pancakes that can be filled with all sorts of delicious things: sweet (jam, cocoa, Nutella, ground walnuts with sugar, sweet cottage cheese, poppy seeds) or savory (meat, mushrooms, cheese).
They’re much thinner than American pancakes but softer and a little heartier than French crêpes. In Hungary, you’ll often see a stack of them disappear quickly at family gatherings!
