
🇭🇺 Hungarian Meatloaf (Stefánia Szelet)
🛒 Ingredients:
- 500 g (1 lb) ground pork (or pork & beef mix)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg (for the mixture)
- 2–3 hard-boiled eggs (for the center)
- 2 slices bread (soaked in milk, then squeezed) or ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika (Hungarian sweet paprika preferred)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
- 1 teaspoon marjoram (optional but traditional)
- 2 tablespoons oil
