
Instructions
1. Make the dough
- Mix warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil.
- Knead until soft and smooth.
- Cover and rise 1 hour until doubled.
2. Shape
- Oil your hands.
- Divide dough into 6 balls.
- Stretch each ball into a flat disk, thin in the center and thicker at the edges.
3. Fry
- Heat oil (170–180°C / 340–360°F).
- Fry each lángos until golden on both sides.
- Drain on paper towel.
4. Top
- Brush with garlic water.
- Spread sour cream.
- Sprinkle grated cheese.
