
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and salt.
- Mix in ground walnuts.
- Gradually add flour and knead into a soft dough.
👉 Wrap and chill for 30–60 minutes.
2. Shape the Kifli
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Take small pieces of dough and roll into little logs.
- Shape into crescents (half-moon shapes).
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake
- Bake for 10–12 minutes
- Cookies should stay pale, just lightly golden on the bottom
4. Coat in Sugar
- While still warm, gently roll cookies in vanilla powdered sugar
- Let cool completely
