- 500g all-purpose flour (about 4 cups)
- 200g cold unsalted butter, cubed (1 ¾ sticks)
- 100g powdered sugar (¾ cup)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 120ml dry white wine (or water) 🍷
