
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1¼ cups milk
- ¼ cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients until smooth and very thin.
- Let batter rest 15 minutes.
- Heat lightly greased pan over medium heat.
- Pour small ladle of batter, swirl.
- Cook 30–40 seconds, flip, cook 10–15 seconds.
- Repeat until batter is used.
