Káposztás tészta is a simple, comforting Hungarian classic made with caramelized cabbage and tender pasta. It’s slightly sweet, slightly peppery, and incredibly satisfying.


📝 Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) egg noodles (wide or square pasta)
  • 1 medium head green cabbage (about 2 lbs / 900 g), finely shredded
  • 3 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
