Cook onion until soft, add meat, garlic, and paprika, and cook until fully done. Stir in sour cream. Let cool.
🫕 For the Paprika Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour (optional, for thickening)
Sauté onion, add paprika, then broth. Simmer and blend smooth if desired. Stir in sour cream.
🧑🍳 To Assemble:
- Fill each crepe with meat mixture and roll them up.
- Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour sauce generously over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
