🍖 For the Filling:

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil or lard
  • 1 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Cook onion until soft, add meat, garlic, and paprika, and cook until fully done. Stir in sour cream. Let cool.


🫕 For the Paprika Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour (optional, for thickening)

Sauté onion, add paprika, then broth. Simmer and blend smooth if desired. Stir in sour cream.


🧑‍🍳 To Assemble:

  1. Fill each crepe with meat mixture and roll them up.
  2. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  3. Pour sauce generously over the top.
  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
