đđș Breaded Chicken (RĂĄntott Csirke)
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: pinch of garlic powder or paprika
- All-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken
Slice chicken breasts horizontally.
Gently pound to even thickness.
Season both sides with salt, pepper (and garlic/paprika if using). - Breading station
- Bowl 1: flour
- Bowl 2: beaten eggs
- Bowl 3: breadcrumbs
- Bread the chicken
Coat chicken in flour â egg â breadcrumbs.
Press crumbs firmly for a good crust. - Rest (important!)
