1. Cook the potatoes
- Fry diced potatoes in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the meat
- Heat oil or lard in a large pan.
- Add pork cubes and cook until browned.
3. Add aromatics
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and marjoram.
4. Combine
- Return fried potatoes to the pan.
- Toss everything together and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
