- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Place your chopped veggies + meats into each muffin cup.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cheese, salt & pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups (about ¾ full).
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until fluffy and golden.
