👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sugar.
- Add softened butter, egg, milk, and vinegar, then mix until a dough forms.
- Divide into two equal portions and roll out into rectangles (about 9×13 inches).
- Bake each layer at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Vanilla Filling
- Heat milk in a saucepan.
- In a separate bowl, mix vanilla pudding powder (or cornstarch) and sugar with a little milk.
- Pour the mixture into the hot milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mix in butter until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake
- Place one cocoa cake layer on a tray.
- Spread the vanilla filling evenly on top.
- Place the second cake layer over the cream.
- Cut the cake into equal strips (about 2 inches wide).
- Stack two strips on top of each other, forming a triangular “roof” shape.
4️⃣ Chocolate Glaze & Coconut Snow
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together.
- Pour over the triangular cake, letting it drip down the sides.
- Sprinkle generously with coconut flakes for a “snowy” effect.
5️⃣ Chill & Serve
❄️ Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before slicing and serving!
