
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Eggs
- Separate the yolks from the whites into two bowls.
2️⃣ Blend the Base
- In the yolk bowl: mix yolks + cottage cheese + honey + salt
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Make the Clouds
- In the egg white bowl: add cream of tartar
- Beat with a mixer until stiff glossy peaks form
(looks like fluffy white clouds 🥰)
4️⃣ Fold Gently
- Slowly fold whites into yolk mixture using a spatula
- Keep the air — that’s what makes it fluffy!
5️⃣ Bake
- Spoon circles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Bake at 300°F / 150°C for 25–30 minutes
- They should be puffy and lightly golden
Let them cool just a little… then take a bite 👀💛
